WHY SOCCER FIGURINES
Having been a life long suffering QPR fan, I know only too well the highs and lows of being a soccer supporter.
In my younger days, I travelled up and down the country following “My Club”. Long train journeys, cr@p coffee and tasteless pies.
I even ventured into Europe to watch “My Club”.
…on a cold November’s night in Belgrade (former Yugoslavia at the time), I watched my beloved snatch defeat from the jaws of victory to Partizan Belgrade in surrendering a 6-2 home leg advantage, being reversed 4 - zip and going out on away goals…only QPR !!!
Then, humiliation to Oxford at Wembley, disappointment to Cardiff City in Cardiff, 4 relegations , 5 promotions in a lifetime of support...I’ve bought the t-shirts in chunks.
Yet...you're back for more the next season…
Story short…I get it.
